Applicability

These terms of purchase are applicable in the event that no written direct agreement between MIM Construction AB or the buyer (company or organization) has been concluded or that Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that conflict with the same.

Ordering

The client must be at least 18 years of age. Customers under the age of 18 must obtain the attorneys' permission before the purchase is completed. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes MIM to suffer financial damage, the police report.
MIM Construction AB reserves the right for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, for all products and services in MIM's range of products. All image information must be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature of the product.

Payment / Prices

VAT and shipping are included at all prices. Public limited companies and organizations are billed on net 30 days after approved credit check. For other forms of business, delivery is made by postal payment or direct payment. In case of late payment, interest on interest is charged at 8% per month from the due date.
MIM Construction AB reserves itself for any price changes, incorrect prices and final sales.
In cases where the price of a product is obviously incorrect, this can force MIM to cancel the purchase and repay any paid money in the best way. This can be done at any time during the course of the transaction when the fault is detected. The cause of the error must be clearly reported to the customer in connection with the cancellation of the purchase.

Delivery times & cancellations

If the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes to deliver an order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with MIM's terms of purchase.
Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the shipment. Cancellation of non-stocked product, purchased specifically for the customer, is not possible. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from MIM either by mail or by fax.

Right of ownership

All goods remain MIM's property until full payment is made.

Responsibility for errors

MIM's liability as a result of defects in the goods is limited to these sales terms. MIM bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to incompatibility, delivery delays, extra work or other financial damage.

Warranty

All products in our range are covered by at least three years' warranty unless otherwise stated, with the exception of consumables.

Complaint

It is advisable to check the arrival of all goods to verify that the goods are defective and that the correct goods have been delivered.
If a complaint is made, the customer should contact MIM via email [email protected]
The product concerned, error description, any error messages, name, telephone number and invoice number should be attached to the email.
Defective products returned to MIM should be treated as if they were defective. In all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packed in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. Customer pays for shipping to MIM and in case of valid return, MIM pays return shipping. MIM reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in cases where identical goods are not available.

Returns

We apply repurchases for companies. This means that MIM Construction AB will accept repurchases within 14 days on a product that MIM holds and whose original packaging has not been broken, or otherwise damaged. Goods where the original packaging has been destroyed, parts are missing and / or the product is used is not repurchased. MIM reserves the right to credit the item at invoiced price.

Unsolved shipping

For shipping that is not redeemed and the package returns to MIM, a fee of SEK 250 excluding VAT is charged to cover MIM's transport and other administrative fees.

Transport damaged goods

If an item from MIM is damaged in the transport, whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder, however within 7 days.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market battles, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen and affect entered into agreements and commitments by MIM, which causes MIM cannot hold said agreement, shall constitute grounds for MIM to be relieved of its obligations to fulfill said agreement.

MIMsafe reserves the right to change all information, including, but not limited to
prices, technical specifications and product offers without prior notice.
If possible. MIM has the right to cancel the purchase and repay any paid money in the best way. MIM shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.

Return Policy

Private consumers are in some cases entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the distance contract law. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the packaging is broken and the products are mounted.
The right of withdrawal applies according to the law only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The product must not be used. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must contact MIM. The return shipping is financed by the consumer.

If MIM's products purchased through one of MIM's retailers apply to the Consumer Purchase Act or agreement through the retailer and the right of withdrawal, repurchase of guarantees etc. should be done through them.
